About hoppid.no Startup

hoppid.no Startup is an intensive development program that runs over 3 weeks with 10 online sessions. Between sessions, you'll have time to work on developing your business idea, and you'll receive personal follow-up from a dedicated hoppid.no advisor who supports you throughout the entire process.

Who is the program suitable for?

The program is tailored for you who:

Have a product, service, or business idea you want to develop
Have an established business that you want to further develop
Are motivated to learn and willing to put work into your project
Are a resident of Møre og Romsdal (the program is free for residents of the county)

What will you get out of the program?

During the three weeks, you will:

Develop your project step by step based on the S-E-A-M methodology
Present your project to competent advisors and other participants
Get valuable advice, input, motivation, and inspiration from fellow participants
Build a network that can help you achieve your goals

The goal is for you to complete the program with a clear plan for how you can continue working on your project.

Program content

The program consists of the following 10 sessions, Monday - Wednesday and Friday 09:30-11:00:

1 Introduction: Get to know the participants, the method, and the tools
2 Purpose: How do your motivation and sustainability affect your project?
3 Resources: How can your resources contribute to competitiveness?
4 Business idea: What needs will you meet, and for whom?
5 Business model 1: How will you manage to meet this need?
6 Business model 2: How will you manage to meet this need?
7 Goals: What goals do you set to reach where you want to go?
8 Tasks: What must you do to achieve your goals?
9 Forecasts: Revenue, liquidity, financing, and formal requirements
10 Presentation: Presentation for relevant business actors in the region
